Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) MOA
YES Inc. is a prime contractor for FAA eFAST Master Ordering Agreements (MOAs). eFAST MOA provides comprehensive management, engineering and technical support services. eFAST is a multi-year MOA program offering a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the FAA's preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals.
YES Inc. eFAST MOA includes seven Functional Areas:
- Air Transportation Support (ATS)
- Business Administration and Managmen (BAM)
- Systems Engineering (SE)
- Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD)
- Computer Systems Support (CSS)
- Documentation and Training (D&T)

GSA 8(a) STARS GWAC
YES Inc. is a member of the GSA GWAC 8(a) STARS (Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services) contracting vehicle. It is a pre-competed, easy to use contract and several of the highlights of the program are:
- Directed task orders up to $4.0 million each for federal civilian and defense agencies
- 8(a) credit can be transferred back to client agency via Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS)
- Non-protestable (except on the grounds that the order increases the scope, period of performance, or maximum order value of the master contract)
- Hardware, software, related supplies and services may be procured as part of an integrated technology solution
YES Inc. 8(a) STARS GWAC vehicle includes two Functional Areas (FAs):
- FA 1: Custom Computer Programming Services (NAICS 541511)
- FA 2: Computer Systems Design Services (NAICS 541512)

GSA IT Schedule 70
YES Inc. is a member of the Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 (a multiple Award Schedule ) which allows YES Inc access to government IT Community through 20 Special Item Numbers (SIN). These SINS cover the most general purpose commercial IT hardware, software and service. Key components of the GSA IT schedule 70 includes:
- SIN's with values up to $100 million for Federal and State IT contracts
- Flexibility, ease of use and access to the highest quality of IT products, services and solutions from small businesses and industry giants
- Pricing under Schedule contracts considered to be both fair and reasonable with confirmed Open Ratings reporting

FAA Lockheed Martin NISC II Bridge & NISC III MSA
YES Inc. is a teammate to Lockheed Martin Corporation under Master Subcontract Agreement covering various FAA NISC II Bridge & NISC III contract tasks. The National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC) is one of FAA's largest support contracts. Under this cost-plus-award fee contract, the Lockheed Martin team is supplying engineering, planning, automation, environmental analysis and other services to the FAA. NISC helps the FAA integrate and implement state-of-the-art air traffic control systems, equipment, components and related capital projects. NISC provides over 900 highly qualified planners, engineers, technicians, safety experts and analysts. This support is furnished directly to the Airway Facilities and Air Traffic organizations at regional offices, field facilities, and FAA headquarters.

State of Maryland CATS I & II (Consulting And Technical Services I & II)
YES Inc. is a master contractor for the State of Maryland CATS I & II vehicle. The objective of this Master Contract, effective June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2014, is to enable State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner.
YES Inc. Maryland CATS II vehicle includes six Functional Areas (FAs):
- FA 1: Enterprise Service Provider (ESP)
- FA 4: Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
- FA 6: Systems/Facilities Management and Maintenance
- FA 7: Information System Security
- FA 10: IT Management Consulting Services
- FA 11: Business Process Consulting Services

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) ENCORE II SB
YES Inc. is a teammate to Computing Technologies, Inc. (COTS) for DISA ENCORE II SB. The ENCORE II contracts provide IT solutions for activities throughout all operating levels of DoD and other federal government organizations in support of functional requirements including Command and Control (C2), Intelligence, and Mission support areas, and to all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG).

GSA Alliant GWAC
YES Inc. is a teammate to Avaya Government Solutions, Inc. for GSA Alliant GWAC contract vehicle. Alliant is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) GWAC with a $50B program ceiling and a five-year base period (with one, five-year option). All contract types are allowed – fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, labor-hour and time-and-materials.
Alliant's comprehensive IT services based scope is designed to provide access to "Anything IT Anywhere". Alliant's scope is directly aligned to the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture (DoDEA); ensuring emerging technologies will remain within scope over the life of the contract.
The Alliant contract is flexible and can be easily customized at the Order level to construct a solution that manages risk through contract types and applicable CLIN structures suitable to your requirement. Client agencies may also add agency-specific clauses at the Order level when developing their Order requirements.
